The book is the result of a collaboration between the two artists Nevies and Katharsisdrill who found each other on the crypto medium Hive and have jointly developed the book. It is about the honest policeman Raymond and his fight against corruption and power grabs, personified in the mysterious Professor Otagburuagu.
